DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedule: Evenings and weekends required

Join our pet store team! We're looking for a reliable and friendly individual who enjoys working with animals but understands that our main focus is always the customer experience. This role combines customer service with hands-on animal care.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Greet and assist customers with professionalism and a positive attitude

·         Provide knowledgeable advice on pet products and basic pet care

·         Feed animals and ensure enclosures are clean, safe, and well-maintained

·         Problem-solve and respond to customer concerns

·         Support with restocking, cleaning, and keeping the store tidy

Requirements:

·         Must be comfortable handling and caring for a variety of animals

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·         Friendly, helpful, and customer-focused

·         Able to work evenings and weekends

·         Experience in retail or animal care is an asset
