DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who is hardworking, reliable, motivated, and takes pride in quality workmanship. This is a seasonal position involving a wide variety of residential renovation and property maintenance projects.

Type of work includes:
• Demolition and renovation work
• Framing and carpentry
• Drywall installation and repairs
• Flooring installation
• Trim, doors, and finish work
• Siding and exterior repairs
• Decks, fences, and outdoor projects
• Painting and general property maintenance
• Site cleanup and material handling
• Assisting with larger renovation and construction projects

What we are looking for:
• Experience in renovations, carpentry, or construction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license is considered an asset
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
• Own tools are an asset but not required for the right candidate

Location:
• Primarily in the Kirkland Lake, Kenogami Lake, and surrounding area

Position Type:
• Seasonal work with potential for full-time employment
