DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Bookkeeping, creating/sending orders
· Creating work orders, invoicing, quotes, tracking orders
· Answering incoming calls, emails
· Dealing with customers in person
· Opening and closing shop
· Dealing with Sales for supplies
· Employee tracking
· Some payroll
· Reading text, numeracy, writing,
· Oral communication, working with others
· Problem solving, decision making, critical thinking
· Finding information
· Sales
· Other duties as required
Own Tools/Equipment:
· Steel-toed safety boots
Work schedule:
· Permanent, Full time/Day
Work site environment:
· Indoor, outdoor, dusty
Work conditions and Physical capabilities:
· Sitting, standing, answering phones
· Mild cleaning (dusting, moping, sweeping)
Qualifications:
· Minimum education of Office Administration or Business Accounting
· Must be bondable (Criminal Record check)
· Computer skills (Excel, Word)
· Bookkeeping (accounting knowledge an asset)
· Driver’s licence with proof of driving record check
Wage: Approx. $18.00 to $20.00/hour – 40 Hours/week depending on qualifications
