Part-Time – approx. 10 hours per week

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Seeking to hire a motivated professional, someone reliable and honest worker, to maintain cleanliness on site.

Must be cleaned after hours of 8am - 6pm - The workload is appropriately 2 hrs per day

MUST have your own transportation (Asset)

2-year contract

6 months probation

Monday-Friday (weekends off)

$ 22.00 HR

$ 2.00 Raise after 6 months probation

Work detail:

Garbage:

·         Collect and remove loose litter

·         Ensure surrounding ground area is free of visible waste

·         Clean out smoking receptacles weekly

·         Sweep up cigarette butts in all areas

·         Empty garbage bins located inside or adjacent to shelters

·         Remove all bagged and loose garbage from receptacles

·         Remove excess waste if bins are overflowing

·         Replace liners in garbage bins (must fit 19” wide x 28” deep bins)

·         Ensure bins are left empty and fully functional after each service

·         Ensure liners are properly secured and suitable for bin size

·         Transport waste/garbage bag to municipal landfill everyday.

2. Cleaning:

·         Clean floors and windows

·         Dust and wipe all surfaces

·         Disinfect high-touch areas

·         Clean glass and mirrors

·         Maintain cleanliness of entryways and high-traffic areas

·         Perform spot cleaning and stain removal as needed

**All necessary equipment and materials will be provided, including:

Garbage bags/liners

Personal protective equipment (PPE)

Cleaning tools and products to maintain area cleanliness.

·         June 1st, 2026, start date
