Full-Time Shop Manager

Location: Kirkland Lake, ON
Position: Full-Time Shop Manager
Wage: To be discussed based on experience

We are looking for a reliable, mechanically inclined Shop Manager to join our team and help run our oil change and automotive undercoating shop in Kirkland Lake.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop
• Perform oil changes, undercoating, and basic automotive services
• Assist customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Keep the shop organized, clean, and operating efficiently
• Help manage inventory and shop supplies
• Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Work independently and take initiative when needed

Qualifications

• Previous automotive/mechanical experience preferred
• 6+ months of mechanical or automotive experience preferred
• Mechanically inclined with an interest in automotive work
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment
• Valid driver's licence would be an asset

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and willing to learn. Previous shop management experience is an asset but is not required for the right candidate.

Wage will be discussed based on experience and qualifications.
