DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Working with a variety of tools, ex drywall lift, sander, hawk, etc.

·         Dealing with customers in person

·         Dealing other employees, potentially leading crew

·         Reading levels, and measuring tapes

·         Oral communications, reporting to shop

·         Problem solving, decision making, critical thinking

·         Sometime reading blueprints

·         Other duties as required

Own Tools/Equipment:

·         Steel-toed safety boots

Work schedule:

·         Permanent, Full time/Day

Work site environment:

·         Indoor, outdoor job sites

Work conditions and Physical capabilities:

·         All weather

·         Potential heavy lifting at times

Qualifications:

·         Minimum 5 years experience in construction or Red Seal

·         Must be bondable (Criminal Record check)

·         Driver’s licence with proof of driving record check

Wage: Approx. $24.00 to $30.00 to start depending on qualifications /hour – 40 Hours/week negotiable if qualified
