DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Kohut Electric is a growing multi service trade company offering electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and construction committed to quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
· Schedule appointments and coordinate service calls Prepare invoices, estimates, and reports Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)
· Assist with data entry and record keeping Support payroll and bookkeeping tasks (must have experience with quickbooks)
· Provide general administrative support to the team
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Previous administrative or office experience required
· Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· On the jobs skills required such as: Strong multitask focus, independent, self starter, busy environment
· Experience with accounting software is an asset
