Position: Sales Manager

Red Seal Catering is looking for a full-time Sales Manager to set up and lead a sales team.

Duties:

This job includes, but is not limited to, the following:       

·       Design and implement a strategic sales and marketing plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence in the community;

·       Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the president of the company;

·       Prepare sales budget, monitor and approve expenses;

·       Recruit, train and manage sales representatives to achieve growth and hit sales targets;

·       Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships for repeat business;

·       Promote the company’s services, identify and consult potential customers to understand their needs and manage negotiations.

Qualifications required:

·       College diploma in business or related field;

·       At least three years of sales experience;

·       Ability to work under pressure.

Classification:  Full-time，40 hours per week

Salary and benefits:  $115,000 annually

                                      15 paid vacation days per year
