Position: OFFICE CLERK - Permanent Part-time
Flexible Hours (15 hrs/wk), Hourly Wage: $16.55 - 18

The Literacy Council is a non-profit community-based organization that provides *Literacy and Basic Skills training to adults in Kirkland Lake and surrounding communities and is funded by

What are we looking for?
A person that has:
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; ability to write in a clear, concise, and legible manner
· Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and tact
· Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures
· Great organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work cooperatively with other members of the staff or independently
· Experience in using computerized software programs and online platforms in a professional setting
Qualifications
· Ontario Secondary School Diploma at University or College level
· Related work experience in a role of administrative support preferred
